This scheme is aimed at providing older people with the assistance they need to remain independent in their own homes.

We offer the following services:

• Cleaning
• Lightweight laundry
• Small amounts of ironing
• Garden Maintenance
• Shopping
• Sitting Service for Dementia Clients

Our service is tailored to your preference and needs.  The ILS Manager will visit you to discuss your requirements.  You will then be allocated an ILS Worker.  All our staff are carefully selected, screened and vetted.  They are employed and insured by us so you do not have to worry.  If you are in anyway unhappy you can just pick up the phone and the ILS Manager will deal with the issue.
All our staff carry ID cards, call at pre-arranged times and carry out the tasks that have been agreed with you.  We try to ensure that you have to same worker for each visit and we will endeavour to provide cover when necessary, i.e holidays, sickness.
We offer a minimum of 1 hour per week for domestic tasks and a minimum of 2 hours per week for gardening; thereafter it is your choice how long and how often you would like the service.

SHORT TERM COVER
We can also offer cover for a short term, i.e. after someone has had surgery and cannot do certain tasks around the home.
